Elaine Barlan, DDS

Born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam, Dr. Barlan moved to the Pacific Northwest to complete her bachelor’s degree and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Medical Technology from Seattle University. She earned her doctoral degree from Marquette University’s School of Dentistry and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program with the U.S. Air Force. After separating from the Air Force, she and her husband moved to northern Virginia where she had been practicing dentistry at the Pentagon Tri-Service Dental Clinic in Washington D.C.

Dedicated to the health and comfort of her patients, Dr. Barlan’s calming demeanor makes anxious individuals feel at ease with their dental experience. Her practice style and philosophy is based largely in part on a preventative approach to achieve overall oral health. She is committed to dental education and has been continually expanding her knowledge in all facets of dentistry. Dr. Barlan is currently preparing for the Fellowship exam with the Academy of General Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Barlan enjoys baking and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is a strong supported of Breast Cancer awareness and participates in multiple events every year in honor of her sister.

Stephen Belmonte, DDS

In order to stay current with the latest developments in dental care, Dr. Belmonte makes a priority of continuing his education. As a Fellow in the premier Academy of General Dentistry, he challenges himself through their rigorous program of more than 500 hours of continuing education and an extensive written exam.

A strong believer in building relationships with his patients based on mutual trust and respect, Dr. Belmonte is committed to empowering his patients with the knowledge and motivation necessary for keeping natural teeth for a lifetime. He believes in designing and implementing an individual treatment plan for each patient based on a thorough evaluation of their current dental condition.

Dr. Belmonte resides in Round Hill Virginia, in Western Loudoun County. His wife Linda is a nurse and is the Infection Control Coordinator at Loudoun Inova Hospital. Their pride and joy are their two boys Mark and Ethan. Dr. Belmonte spends most of his free time with his family, hiking, visiting train and airplane museums, and being involved with his boys’ baseball and football activities.

Yun Suk Noh, DMD

Dr. Noh attended the university of Michigan where he received a BS in cell molecular biology and an MSE in biomedical engineering. Then he went to Boston University to earn his DMD degree. Knowing he wanted to specialize in periodontics as an undergrad, he then attended Columbia University for his residency in periodontics. Dr. Noh received extensive training in all aspects of periodontics including surgical/nonsurgical periodontal therapy, mucogingival surgery, bone grafting, dental implants etc.

Dr. Noh believes treatment should be patient centered. The treatment plan should be tailored for each individual patient. He also believes all types of treatment should be evidence based, with scientific backing. Promoting not only oral health, but the patient’s overall well-being is also a point that should be emphasized.

Dr. Noh was raised in various parts of the world since childhood. So naturally, he really enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures. He also likes to snowboard during the winter season.

Suketu Patel, DMD, MD

Dr. Patel has extensive experience with the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a knowledgeable and experienced clinician who is committed to providing the highest quality of care for his patients. An oral and maxillofacial surgeon by training, his practice is focused on providing aesthetic and reconstructive surgery using a multidisciplinary approach to achieve optimal results. He is highly skilled in dental implants, reconstructive surgery, wisdom teeth, oral and maxillofacial pathology, orthognathic surgery, extractions and anesthesia. He has performed over 50,000 surgical procedures.

Dr. Patel, his wife Shirali, and his children Neev and Naaya, have been Leesburg, VA residents since 2005. Dr. Patel's hobbies include carpentry, reading, and bicycling.

Myra Doyle, DDS

Dr. Doyle completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Naval Dental Center Great Lakes, IL. She continues to regularly attend training seminars and continuing education courses to stay updated on the latest breakthroughs in evidence-based dental technology. She is highly motivated to provide the best, most esthetic dental work possible with the patient’s best interests and comfort in mind.  That includes educating the patient about the importance of dental care and their treatment needs.Her duty station assignment aboard the aircraft carrier USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN-71) and her latest practice at the US Naval Academy enabled her to establish a patient base that was truly family, and she looks forward to maintaining those kinds of quality relationships with her patients at Fusion Dental.

Dr. Doyle enjoyed volunteering her time as a member of the Naval Health Clinic Annapolis Health and Welfare Council providing tobacco cessation instruction to the Midshipmen and active duty members at health fairs as well as providing oral hygiene instruction to the pre-school children at the local Naval Child Development Center. She also volunteered her talents as a pianist for her local church, a service she hopes to bring to her next parish. A native of Virginia Beach, Dr. Doyle is happy to return to her home state of Virginia. Dr. Doyle, her husband, and two sons are excited to call Vienna their new hometown. In the fall, they plan to return to Annapolis as football season ticket holders to watch the Navy Midshipmen have another successful year.

Seyed Tofighbakhsh, DDS

Dr. Tofigh attended University of Maryland, College Park for his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry. He then received his DDS degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. While in private practice he decided to pursue advanced training in Prosthodontics, specializing in dental implants, esthetics, and reconstructive dentistry. He has extensive training in full-mouth rehabilitation involving implant, fixed, and removable prostheses. During his residency program at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine, he also participated in teaching clinical and digital dentistry. He regularly attends Continuing Education courses to keep up with the latest technology and techniques in modern dentistry.

Dr. Tofigh believes in patient-centered dentistry focusing on patient comfort, education, and long-term success. His confident and relaxed demeanor provides a professional environment conducive to providing quality dental care. Through careful planning, execution, and maintenance of multidisciplinary treatment he aims to achieve optimum oral health, function, and esthetics.

Dr. Tofigh grew up in Montgomery County and went to Winston Churchill High School. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He also enjoys skiing, camping, and hiking with his dog.

Jon Libbesmeier, DDS

Raised in the Northern Minnesota, Dr. Libbesmeier completed his bachelor’s degree with a B.A. in Biology from St. John’s University. He earned his doctoral degree from The University of Minnesota’s School of Dentistry and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AGD) residency program with the U.S. Army. He went on to earn his Endodontic Certificate from the US Army’s Endodontic Program at Fort Bragg, NC. He is retiring after 22 years of Active Duty service in the Army he and his wife will be making Northern Virginia their permanent home. In the past 10 years he had been practicing dentistry at the Logan Dental Clinic on Fort Belvoir and the Pentagon Tri-Service Dental Clinic in Washington D.C. Dedicated to the health and comfort of his patients, Dr. Libbesmeier’s calming demeanor makes anxious individuals feel at ease with their dental experience. His practice style and philosophy is based upon solid scientific research, evidence-based clinical techniques, and friendly, compassionate patient care. His vision is to be a positive extension of your restorative dentist’s team. He provides precision endodontic care with a compassionate touch. He is committed to dental education and has been continually expanding his knowledge in all areas of Endodontics. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Libbesmeier enjoys spending time with his wife. He is a world traveler and self-proclaimed “foodie”. He is a strong supporter of Veterans organizations and participates in multiple events every year.
